The tour commences with pick up facility from Dehradun  Airport/ Dehradun Railway Station, a day prior to the Do Dham yatra departure and drop to a hotel in Dehradun where an overnight stay and dinner awaits you.

We start the day by an early morning take off from  the Sahastradhara Helipad  Dehradun by 10 A.M. towards sitapur .

Due to Government regulations, we would be changing helicopter to other helicopter at Sitapur which will fly you to Kedarnath helipad and back. Temple is approximately

500  meters away from the helipad and  will take approx.

15 minutes to reach. Special VIP darshn slips for your darshanat the temple are arranged by us.

After the Divine Darshan the passengers will be shutteled back to Sitapur. The group’s exotic lunch & dinner at Sitapur with overnight stay.

We will start the day by an early morning take off  from  Sitapur helipad  to  Badrinath helipad by 11 am in the morning.

After arrival at Badrinath helipad, pick up will be provided and the group will proceed to Hotel Sarovar Portico Badrinath or similar for an exotic lunch.

After Lunch, enjoy your sightseeing to Mana village,the last border of India. Evening Darshan/Aarti at Badrinath temple will be arranged.  The  group would then  enjoy overnight stay and dinner at Hotel Sarovar Portico Badrinath or similar.

Pickup will be provided from Badrinath helipad for your return journey to Dehradun Airport /Dehradun Railway Station.

Arrival at Dehradun by approx 2 PM shall mark the end of this divine Heli-trip of yours.

NOTE – The timing mentioned are approximate. The exact timings would be given by our staff one day prior to the journey.

  • To & fro airport transfers in Dehradun with complimentary night stay in 5 star hotel/resort on twin sharing basis with dinner.
  • Helicopter flying services by helicopter from Dehradun helipad to the Kedarnath ji, Badrinath ji & back.
  • Ground handling staff in all VIP Darshan at Kedarnath & Badrinath. Kedarnath ji shuttle services.
  • Vehicle cost at Badrinath.
  • Night stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico Badrinath or similar on twin sharing basis with all meals.
  • Sightseeing to Mana Village, Badrinath.
  • Shayan Aarti(on special request & additional payment basis). Helicopter handling and landing charges.
  • Children of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.
  • The booking will be confirmed with 50% of the charter Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
  • Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost. This will be permitted only if applied 10 days before journey In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days of the journey, then booking will be treated as cancelledand a fresh booking will be done subject to availability.
  • From Guptkashi to Kedarnath, the passengers will be  divided in different helicopters depending on the weight and balance of The passengers will be requested to maintain the same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons.
  • Passengers travelling together may not travel in the same helicopter flight during Guptkashi to Kedarnath. So, there will be a gap of duration between the helicopters.
  • All flights are subject to total weight and balance of the helicopter.
  • Pilgrimage Aviation reserves the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
  • Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers Also, the company will not be responsible for any change in the restaurants/hotel by the customer.
  • Expenses made towards any new  inclusion in the itinerary (in  the form  of  newly added sightseeing destination) not mentioned previously in the originalitinerary list will be chargeable on actual basis.
  • All kinds of expensesthat arise becauseof a natural calamity (in the form of weather,government restrictions, strikes,agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc). These expenses will be borne by the customer.
  • Any additional night due to bad weather,technical reasons etc other than the package inclusions (2 nights) will have to be borne by the client.

Information About Tour

  • In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
  • This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled ETD on each day of the tour.
  • Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be allowed considering the space available in helicopter. Permission for extra luggage would not be granted.
  • Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
  • Passengers should carry only soft bags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
  • Carrying a Proper Photo ID card is mandatory for all Indian travelers. Adhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, are acceptable Photo ID cards for For foreign nationals, a passport is required.
  • In case the weight of the passengers is found on a higher side than the prescribed limit then extra charges would be applicable after an approval from our technical team.
  • All temples in Char Dham are located in high altitude Passengers are advised to carry woolen clothes, raincoat & regular medical kit with them.
  • In case the journey is not finished within stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to complete it the next day. However, even if that is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sectors.
  • We recommend keeping at least one additional day at hand at Dehradun when planning your trip.
  • The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests in case of overstaying at any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidable reasons.
  • Single Supplement @ Rs. 35,000/- extra shall be chargeable in case any guest wishes to stay in single occupancy in hotels at all destinations.
  • Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be DE boarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
  • Guests weighing more than 75kgs shall be charged an overweight fee of Rs. 2000/ Kg for the total weight above 75 Kg. However, it should not exceed the total carrying capacity of the helicopter of 445kgs.

Following cancellation charges need to be paid in case of cancellations by thepassengers:

  • Before 20 days of journey- 25 % of the amount.
  • Upto 10 to15 days before journey- 50 % of the amount.
  • 10 days before journey- No Refund.

If we are stuck in bad weather situation on any particular day, we will try to finish the darshan the next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to weather conditions, we will refund proportionate money.
