Refunds/ Cancellations Policy

Cancellation Timeline and Penalties:
  • If you cancel 46 days or more before your departure, a 10% per person penalty applies.
  • Cancellations within 45-31 days will incur a 25% per person penalty.
  • For cancellations within 30-15 days, the penalty is 50% per person.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of departure result in a 100% per person penalty.
Unused Services and No Shows:
  •  Any services that go unused are non-refundable.
  •  In the case of a no-show, the entire payment is forfeited.
Wildlife Safaris:
  • Please note, bookings for wildlife safaris in Indian National Parks or Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even if you request a date change, it will be considered as a cancellation, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted.

Some Cancellation/ Refund Policies Are As Per Suppliers

Hotel Payment Refunds:
  • Refunds for hotel payments are in accordance with the specific cancellation policy of the hotel you’ve booked.
Train Ticket Cancellations:
  • Cancellations of train tickets are subject to the policies set by the Indian Railways.
Flight Ticket Cancellations:
  • When it comes to flight ticket cancellations, the respective airline company’s policy will be followed.
Special Period Exception:
  • Please take note that during the peak season, including long weekends, Christmas, and New Year (from 20 Dec to 05 Jan), payments are non-refundable.

Law & Jurisdiction

In the event of any complaints, suits, claims, or disputes arising in connection with our offered products, all such matters shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India court.
