Terms and Conditions

  •  Identity Assurance: To embark on your journey, ensure you have your identification documents ready. Indian travelers can use their Voter ID card, Driver’s License, or Aadhar Card, while foreign nationals should have their Passport and Visa on hand. A picture on these documents is a must.
  • ID Check-In Mandate: When checking in, remember that it’s mandatory to provide valid ID proof to your accommodation providers. Failure to do so will result in denied check-in, and the company cannot be held responsible for any ID-related issues.
  • Time of Arrival and Departure: Most hotels adhere to a check-in time of 14:00 hrs and a check-out time of 11:00 hrs. Should you need to check in early or check out late, please be aware that this comes at an additional cost based on availability
  • Safekeeping of Belongings: Protect your belongings during your tour. The company does not assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Flexible Rates: Our rates are subject to change as per agreements with our suppliers. If suppliers modify their rates, we may adjust our quoted rates accordingly. Hotel bookings typically follow standard check-in and check-out times unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
  •  Extra Comfort: Hotels often provide extra rollaway mattresses or beds, subject to availability.
  • Meal Arrangements: Meals included in packages are usually served in a buffet or fixed menu format. Any items not included in these menus will incur an additional charge. Some hotels employ a meal credit system during periods of low occupancy, and the exact meal credit amount is at the hotel’s discretion.
  • Vehicle Troubles: In case of significant vehicle issues or breakdowns, a replacement vehicle will be arranged promptly. For minor issues, we appreciate your cooperation as we address the problem.
  • Unforeseen Incidents: We are not liable for alterations to your tour plan or expenses resulting from natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery breakdowns, transportation issues, weather, health problems, political closures, or other unforeseen incidents.
  • Liability Disclaimer: The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during your tour, whether related to accommodation, transportation, or other services. This includes occurrences beyond our control, such as natural hazards, theft, civil disturbances, or epidemics.
  • Payment Requirement: The company reserves the right to cancel the entire tour or any specific service if full payment is not received before the tour commences.
  • Hill Area Considerations: Air conditioning may not be available in hill areas or while the vehicle is parked. Some hilly regions may prohibit driving after sunset.
  • Route Restrictions: Our drivers are not permitted to enter no-entry zones or navigate narrow streets that could lead to traffic congestion & not allow to Night Driving.
  • Pickup and Drop Points: Pickup and drop-off points are predetermined. Additional points will incur extra charges.
  • Itinerary Adherence: The driver will adhere to the tour program’s routing. Any changes or deviations should be discussed in advance to avoid affecting tour feasibility and pricing.
  • Cost Adjustments: After finalizing the tour cost, any government-mandated increases in fuel costs, taxes, entrance fees, or guide charges will be added as extra charges.
  • Restricted Access: In some hill stations, tourist vehicles may not access main shopping areas. Additional local transportation may be needed, incurring an extra cost.
  •  Parking Considerations: Sometimes parking areas are a short distance from sightseeing spots, requiring guests to cover the distance at their expense.
  • Additional Services: Point-to-point transfer and sightseeing are included. If you wish to add extra services during your trip, please contact the company in advance to determine feasibility and any associated costs.
  •  Insurance Recommendation: We do not offer insurance covering accidents, illness, loss, or theft. It’s advisable to arrange for such insurance independently. Your baggage and personal property are your responsibility at all times.
  • Travel Insurance – Our Company is not provide any Travel Insurance against any loss or damage in your tour.

Payment Policy

  •  Payment in Two Stages: To secure your journey, we request 75% of the payment at the time of confirmation. The remaining 25% must be settled the day before your departure.
  • Refund Policy for Short Notice or No Show: If you cancel your plans with less than 72 hours’ notice or if you do not show up, regrettably, no refund can be offered.
  • Adaptation to Unpredictable Circumstances: Please be aware that unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions can lead to the cancellation of certain activities. In such instances, our operator will make every effort to arrange a suitable alternative. However, refunds cannot be provided in such cases.

Law & Jurisdiction

In the event of any complaints, suits, claims, or disputes arising in connection with our offered products, all such matters shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India court.
